Services Provided
XPLORE Grid provides virtual private server (VPS) infrastructure, hosting resources, and related digital services. Services are provided on an availability basis and may be updated, modified, or improved at any time to maintain performance, reliability, and security.
Account Registration
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities performed under their account.
Billing and Payments
All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other authorized payment processors. XPLORE Grid does not store full credit card information on its servers.
Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or termination.
Pricing Changes
XPLORE Grid reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect already paid billing periods but may apply to future renewals.
Service Delivery
Service access details are typically delivered electronically after successful payment verification. Delivery time may vary depending on system load, verification procedures, or technical checks.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for properly configuring and maintaining their services, including software installation, security updates, and data backups unless otherwise specified.
Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to use XPLORE Grid services for illegal activities, abusive network behavior, fraud, or activities that negatively impact infrastructure stability or other customers. XPLORE Grid reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of violations.
Service Availability
While XPLORE Grid aims to provide high service availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network issues, or external factors may occasionally impact service performance.
Backups and Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data unless backup services are explicitly included in their plan.
Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refunds & Returns Policy. Customers are eligible for refunds under the conditions described in that policy.
Service Suspension and Termination
XPLORE Grid reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, policy violations, suspected fraud, or activities that threaten network stability or legal compliance.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact XPLORE Grid support before initiating payment disputes. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in service termination and account restrictions.
Limitation of Liability
XPLORE Grid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Force Majeure
XPLORE Grid is not responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, large-scale network outages, or governmental actions.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of XPLORE Grid and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.
Third-Party Services
XPLORE Grid may rely on third-party infrastructure, payment processors, and technology providers. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers.
Privacy
Use of services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
